Through 2 am, scattered showers over the Upper Keys and its
nearshore waters as well as in the SE Gulf near L Tower will move to
the northwest to north at 10 to 15 knots. Mariners encountering this
activity may experience brief moderate to heavy downpours that will
reduce visibility below 3 miles, localized wind gusts of 20 to 25
knots, and possibly a rare lightning strike.
