...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN ROCK AND
SOUTHWESTERN HOLT COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM CDT...

At 810 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16
miles west of Amelia, or 23 miles southeast of Bassett, moving south
at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Sybrant and Pony Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
north central Nebraska.
