At 922 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles southeast of Norden to near Ainsworth to 10 miles east of Elsmere. Movement was northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Ainsworth, Bassett, Springview, Long Pine, Newport, Johnstown, Rose, Hofeld Lake, Raven, Bobcat State Wildlife Management Area, Moon Lake, Meadville, North River Trail, Twin Lakes State Wildlife Management Area, Willow Lake State Wildlife Management Area, Long Lake State Wildlife Management Area, Keller Park State Recreation Area, Thomas Creek State Wildlife Management Area, Duff, and Mariaville. This includes the following highways... Highway 183 between mile markers 151 and 214. Highway 20 between mile markers 228 and 271. Highway 12 near mile marker 40, and between mile markers 46 and 51.
