...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN GARFIELD COUNTY THROUGH
715 PM CDT...

At 630 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 14
miles northeast of Calamus Reservoir State Recreation Area, or 17
miles north of Burwell, moving southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Carson Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
north central Nebraska.
