...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN KEITH...SOUTHEASTERN
GARDEN AND NORTHEASTERN DEUEL COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM MDT...

At 741 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles southwest of Lewellen, or 11 miles south of Oshkosh, moving
east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Ogallala, Lake McConaughy, Brule, Lewellen, Lemoyne, Kingsley Dam,
Eagle Gulch Campground, Ruthon, Clear Creek, Otter Creek Campground,
Lake View Campground, Ash Hollow, Belmar, and Windlass Hill.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 61 between mile markers 82 and 108.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 115 and 138.
 Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 115 and 130.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM MDT for
the Panhandle of and southwestern Nebraska.
