THROUGH 1000 PM CDT/900 PM MDT/...

At 912 PM CDT/812 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles north of Keystone
to near Paxton to 9 miles south of Wallace. Movement was northeast at
35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Sutherland, Hershey, Paxton, Wallace, Dickens, Sarben, Sutherland
Reservoir State Recreation Area, Grainton, Coker, O`Fallons, Nevens,
Broganville, Big Bald Hill, Diamond Bar Lake, Birdwood, and Somerset.

This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 143 and
172.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT/900
PM MDT/ for southwestern and west central Nebraska. A Severe
Thunderstorm Watch also remains in effect until 200 AM CDT/100 AM
MDT/ for southwestern and west central Nebraska.
