...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN CHERRY AND NORTHWESTERN KEYA PAHA COUNTIES...

At 1033 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles southeast
of Littleburg, or 16 miles northeast of Valentine, moving northeast
at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Sparks and Smith Falls State Park.

This includes Highway 12 between mile markers 9 and 24.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
North Platte.
