Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure, 29.90 inches, holds today, with weak low pressure, 29.80 inches, moving in over the northern Ohio River Valley into Lake Erie tomorrow evening to Monday morning. This will bring widespread rain with embedded thunderstorms, and will also push in a cold front, which will flip wind direction from SSE to NNW/NNE.
