At 323 PM CDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from 9 nm southwest of Farewell Buoy to 15 nm east of
Chandeleur Sound, moving south at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots and suddenly higher
         waves. Boats could sustain damage or capsize.

Locations impacted include...
Ship Island, Mississippi Sound, and Horn Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Conditions will be dangerous for boaters. Make sure all on board are
wearing life jackets. Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather
passes.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
