...EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM TO 7 PM CDT
MONDAY...

* WHAT...For the first Excessive Heat Warning, dangerously hot
  conditions with heat index values up to 114 expected. For the
  second Excessive Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with
  heat index values up to 118 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

* WHEN...For the first Excessive Heat Warning, from 10 AM this
  morning to 7 PM CDT this evening. For the second Excessive Heat
  Warning, from 10 AM to 7 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
