For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A compact 29.4 inch low just north of Lake Ontario
will rotate across northern New York Monday morning. A 30.0 inch
high centered over the Ohio Valley on Monday will then extend
northwards across the Great Lakes. The axis of the high pressure
will cross the lake Monday night and Tuesday. The next cold front
will then cross the lake Wednesday. Another 30.0 inch high will
then build across the central Great Lakes and into the lower Lakes
Thursday.

.OVERNIGHT...West winds 15 to 25 knots increasing to 30 knots. A
chance of showers late. Waves 3 to 6 feet building to 5 to 8 feet.
Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds to 30 knots becoming west and
diminishing to 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers early. Waves
5 to 8 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet. Waves occasionally around
10 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west.
Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds increasing to 15 to 20 knots. Waves 2
to 4 feet.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots. A chance of
showers. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest. A
chance of showers. Waves 2 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northeast.
Waves 1 to 2 feet.

chance of showers in the evening. Waves 3 to 6 feet subsiding to
1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming south. Waves 2 feet
