Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.3 high will settle across the Gulf of Saint Lawrence through Friday, with ridging extending back toward the lower Great Lakes. A weakening 29.8 inch trough will then slowly drift across far western New York and fall apart Saturday and Saturday night, with high pressure averaging 29.9 inches then lingering across the lake on Sunday. A pair of 29.8 inch lows will then slowly push northeastward across the central Great Lakes Monday and Tuesday.
