Good humidity recoveries are being seen this morning with modest humidity retention this afternoon as a trough of low pressure remains off of the West Coast and the marine layer deepens. Temperatures this afternoon will be below seasonal averages. A gradual warming and drying trend will then resume Thursday and even more so on Friday as temperatures warm to above seasonal averages. This will bring humidity values into the teens and twenties in the higher elevations on Friday afternoon. ERC forecasts are increasing over the next week, but should still remain below critical levels on Friday as well. Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified. Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds. ...Discussion from Los Angeles/Oxnard... ...WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS AWAY FROM THE COAST THROUGH THE WEEKEND...
