.DISCUSSION...Upper level ridging will persist over the area during
the forecast period. Marine layer low clouds and fog will prevail
night and morning hours with sunny skies Tuesday afternoon. For
20-foot winds, northwest gusts up to 15 mph can be expected Tuesday
afternoon, otherwise winds should be generally less than 10 mph.
Eye-level winds should peak around 6 mph Tuesday afternoon. Moderate
to high humidities will prevail through the period.
