Dry weather with low to moderate humidities can be expected through the period, with humidities lowest at around 25 to 30 percent Tuesday afternoon. Breezy northwest winds will prevail night and morning hours, becoming south in the afternoon and evening. 20-foot wind speeds should be up to 15 mph except slightly stronger over the ridgetops. .TUESDAY...
