Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Through Wednesday, a 30.1 inch high will be located over the Northeast while a 29.3 inch low develops over the northern Plains. This low will track into the Canadian Prairies and Hudson Bay through Friday while a 29.9 inch ridge extends from the Northeast into the lower Great Lakes. On the weekend, a 29.9 inch low will pass across Manitoba and Ontario, pushing a cold front across Lake Superior.
