This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

An isolated thunderstorm or two may be possible this afternoon and
evening across the far southwest Texas Panhandle. Strong wind gusts
remain the main threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Thunderstorm chances increase Saturday afternoon and evening near
the Texas and New Mexico border. Locally heavy rain and flooding
along with a threat for severe thunderstorms will be possible over
the western South Plains and far southwest Texas Panhandle. Hail up
to ping pong ball size, wind gusts up to 70 mph, and a tornado or
two will all be possible through late Saturday evening.

Heavy rain and minor flooding concerns will redevelop on Sunday
afternoon and evening mainly east of the I27 corridor as a cold
front interacts with very rich moisture. A few severe thunderstorms
are also possible.

Additional storms with heavy rain at times may develop on Tuesday.
