Heat index values up to 110 are expected. Hot and humid conditions will continue into Sunday. An isolated severe thunderstorm threat exists on Sunday and Monday, with the primary threats being damaging wind gusts and large hail. There is a limited threat for severe thunderstorms with locally damaging winds Wednesday afternoon and evening. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... An isolated severe thunderstorm threat exists on Sunday and Monday, with the primary threats being damaging wind gusts and large hail. The threat on Monday will primarily be east of the Blue Ridge.
