.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns remain low to end the week and through this
weekend. Min HRs stay just above critical levels with recoveries
remaining fair to good areawide. Storms remain possible over areas
to the west where lightning and gusty winds may pose a threat.
Otherwise, wetting rains will be welcome over isolated spots west of
the Pecos River Valley.
