The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 410
continues.

SUMMARY...A broken line of thunderstorms will continue to move south
and east through the evening with attendant risk of damaging winds
and large hail.

DISCUSSION...Two broken lines to strong to severe storms continue
across central and southwestern Kansas, with periodic reports of
gusts up to up to 60-70 mph and hail 1-1.75 inches in diameter.

Outflow can be observed moving out ahead of the southern segment of
these storms near Dodge City northward into Great Bend.  Severe
winds will continue to be possible (60-70 mph), given steep lapse
rates and ample instability and moisture ahead of this line.

The cluster to the northeast near Salina remains active and more
cellular, with several reports of hail over the last hour. This
cluster will continue to pose a risk of damaging wind and instances
of large hail up to 1-1.75 inches in diameter.
