EASTERN CROSS...WESTERN TIPTON...SOUTHWESTERN LAUDERDALE AND
NORTHWESTERN SHELBY COUNTIES THROUGH 1230 PM CDT...

At 1142 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Caraway to 6 miles
northwest of Palestine. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
West Memphis, Forrest City, Marion, Wynne, Osceola, Trumann, Marked
Tree, Earle, Lepanto, Hughes, Caraway, Luxora, Parkin, Wilson,
Madison, Tyronza, Keiser, Palestine, Village Creek State Park, and
Meeman Shelby Forest State Park.
