.Synopsis...

Easterly winds will become fresh by this afternoon as Helene
strengthens over the northwestern Caribbean. Hazardous marine
conditions look likely to develop Wednesday and persist through the
workweek as the storm moves northward through the eastern Gulf of
Mexico. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will become numerous
during the second half of the week as moisture increases in
association with the disturbance.

Gulf Stream Hazards: Building winds and seas mid to late week with
Helene.
