...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Coastal waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee FL out 20 NM...

At 419 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from near D Tower to 12 nm southwest
of Highland Point to Shark Point, moving west at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally higher
waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms
pass.
