.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
trough will continue through late this morning. This will
maintain gusty north winds and steep seas from Bandon southward.
Conditions improve late this morning as seas transition to swell
dominated, and persist through the week with multiple northwest
swell trains moving through the waters. A few weak fronts could
bring some light precipitation Wednesday and again on Friday, but
we are not anticipating any thunderstorms at this time.
