.DISCUSSION...The thermal trough shifts northward and moves
inland today. East winds shift to SW and it will be a warm afternoon.
An upper trough swings through the PacNW Wednesday with a chance of
rain or rain showers, though amounts will be light (generally less
than 0.10"). Winds shift to WNW. Good RH recoveries are expected
Wednesday night into Thu morning. Dry weather Thu afternoon.
Another front moves through Fri, but precip stays north. A stronger
trough is possible this weekend.
