  as 27 possible.

* WHERE...Lake County and eastern Klamath County, Northeast Siskiyou
  and Northwest Modoc Counties, Modoc County, and Klamath Basin.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
