* Special Marine Warning for...
  S of Cape Lookout NC to Surf City NC out to 20 nm...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 252 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over Ar345, or 8 nm southeast of Bogue
  Inlet, moving northwest at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 40 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ar342, Bogue Inlet, Ar345, and Ar340.
