  Northwestern Beaufort County in eastern North Carolina...

* Until 315 PM EDT.

* At 245 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Pactolus, or
  near Greenville, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Greenville, Washington, Pactolus, Black Jack, Old Ford, East
  Carolina University, Dowdy Ficklen Stadium, Chocowinity,
  Grimesland, and Simpson.
