.DISCUSSION...
North to northeast winds will continue across southern Wisconsin
through this afternoon before briefly becoming more easterly then
returning to northerly early Tuesday. Dry weather is expected today
with drier air moving in from the north. With drier air moving in,
minimum RH values are expected to fall into the low to mid 40s.
Small chances for rain returns for southern and eastern Wisconsin
tonight into Tuesday morning. These small chances for showers will
be dependent on the track of a low pressure system moving northeast
across northern Illinois into southwestern Michigan. Dry weather
will return through the rest of the work week behind this system.
