Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
one third of the waves, along with the occasional height of the
average highest ten percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet out to 60 nm
1005 AM EDT Thu Jun 6 2024

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will shift
gradually southward through late week, as a weak front approaches
north Florida Friday. Southerly winds today, will gradually
become west to southwest into the weekend, but back to the south
to southeast each afternoon and evening behind the sea breeze.
Lightning storm chances will increase today as an upper air
disturbance moves over the waters, with isolated strong to severe
storms possible near the coast by early evening. Then, a weak
trough is forecast to move over the northern waters this weekend,
with rain chances decreasing. Boating conditions will remain
favorable outside of lightning storms. Higher shower and storm
chances are forecast for early next week.
