.DISCUSSION...
Winds forecast to start out of the southwest across the burn site
today, around 5 to 10 mph. However, the east coast sea breeze is
expected to form and should be able to reach the burn site toward
or just after 3 PM, with winds becoming southeast around 10 mph.
Additionally, scattered showers and storms are forecast into the
afternoon, which may produce gusty and variable winds as they move
east to northeast across the region and offshore. No minimum
RH concerns forecast, with Generally Good dispersion values
expected.

Hot and humid conditions forecast to continue today, with a high
in the low 90s this afternoon and peak heat index values around
102-104.

.REST OF TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (40-50 percent). Chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms in the afternoon, then
                    showers and thunderstorms likely late in the
                    afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......60 percent.
LAL.................No Tstms until 1400, then 9-15 strikes until
                    1700, then 16-25 strikes.
Max temperature.....Around 92.
Min humidity........61 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming southwest 5 to 8 mph in
                    the late morning and afternoon, then shifting
                    to the south to southeast around 8 to 10 mph
                    late in the afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds
