...URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING EXPECTED...

Thunderstorms with heavy rain will cause minor flooding in the
following counties...

Le Sueur...Brown...Blue Earth...Watonwan...Waseca...Rice...
Nicollet...

* Until 1245 PM CDT.

* At 1118 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  urban and small stream flooding in the area.

* Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
  Mankato, North Mankato, St. James, Lake Crystal, Eagle Lake,
  Madelia, Janesville, Waterville, Madison Lake, St. Clair, Elysian,
  and Butterfield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
