...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN HENNEPIN...CENTRAL
WRIGHT...NORTHWESTERN ANOKA AND SOUTHERN SHERBURNE COUNTIES THROUGH
1030 PM CDT...

At 954 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Maple Lake, or 10 miles northwest of Buffalo, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Buffalo, Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, Coon Rapids, Andover, Ramsey,
Champlin, Elk River, Anoka, St. Michael, Otsego, and Monticello.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 94 in Minnesota between mile markers 179 and 205.
 U.S. Highway 10 in Minnesota between mile markers 195 and 217.
 U.S. Highway 169 between mile markers 159 and 166.
