COUNTIES...
At 752 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles south of Altoona to near Menomonie, moving
northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
These severe storms will be near...
Eau Claire, Menomonie, Altoona, Colfax, and Elk Mound around 755
AM CDT.
Lake Hallie and Fall Creek around 800 AM CDT.
Chippewa Falls around 805 AM CDT.
Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Cedar
Falls, Caryville, Foster, Brackett, Tainter Lake, Menomonie Airport,
Rock Falls, Hoffman Hills Rec Area, Eau Claire Airport, and Allen.
