Cool weather and high humidity continues today and Thursday as
another low pressure system moves through the area. Cloud cover and
light rain chances begin today in the North Bay and Bay Area, then
spread southward overnight tonight into mid-Thursday morning.
Most locations will receive less than a tenth of an inch. From
Thursday onward, a warming and drying trend ensues into the
weekend. Humidity recoveries will begin to degrade above about
2000 feet beginning Saturday morning.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Light to moderate rain showers are expected late this afternoon and
evening in Del Norte and northern Humboldt counties. Periods of
light rain are expected to spread south and east overnight and
into Wednesday, although there may not be a wetting rain. There is
a slight chance of isolated thunderstorms in Mendocino and Lake
counties Wednesday afternoon. Breezy northwesterly winds are
expected Wednesday afternoon as the rain showers end from north to
south. A warming and drying trend is forecast for the latter
portion of the week.
