...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Cool and comfortable temperatures continue with excellent humidity
recoveries expected each night through Wednesday. Another system
with light rain chances will enter the region Wednesday, with
most locations receiving less than a tenth of an inch of rain.
Winds will be onshore and breezy in the afternoons with gusts
15-20 mph as the seabreeze begins. Thursday, warmer and drier
weather begins as ridging develops. Humidity recoveries in higher
elevations, generally 2000` and above, will degrade as the warming
and drying trend begins.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Light to moderate rain showers are expected late this afternoon and
evening in Del Norte and northern Humboldt counties. Periods of
light rain are expected to spread south and east overnight and
into Wednesday, although there may not be a wetting rain. There is
a slight chance of isolated thunderstorms in Mendocino and Lake
counties Wednesday afternoon. Breezy northwesterly winds are
expected Wednesday afternoon as the rain showers end from north to
south. A warming and drying trend is forecast for the latter
portion of the week.
