.SYNOPSIS...A quasi-stationary front will linger across the New
England waters tonight into Sunday then lift north as a warm
front Sunday night. A cold front will move offshore later Monday
and clear east of the waters by Tue morning. Higher pressure will
build into the waters Wed and Wed night.
