.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure will lift N across the area today into
Thu, then stall over the far N waters Thu night into Fri before
moving slowly SE across the area Fri night into Sun night. An
associated warm front will lift N across the waters today, and
pass N of the area tonight. The front will then stall just N of
the area later Thu into Fri, then return slowly S across the
waters as a cold front Fri night into Sun night. A high pressure
ridge will build W of the region Fri into Sun night.
