.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist east of the waters and
keep a ridge over the waters tonight into Monday. A cold front
will move off the eastern US later Monday and push quickly east
across the northern waters into Tue. The front will stall across
the southern waters Mon night into Tue then lift north as a warm
front through Wed night.
