.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure well E of northern portions will
continue moving E while weakening tonight into Wed. A high
pressure ridge will build S over the region tonight into Wed,
then slowly shift E of the area Wed night through Thu night. Low
pressure will develop N of the waters Thu night, then track
slowly SE while strengthening to the N and then E of the area Fri
through Sat night. The low will then move well E of the region
Sun and Sun night as another ridge builds S over the N waters.
Winds and seas will likely increase over the S portion Thu
through Fri ahead of Tropical Storm Helene moving from the
eastern Gulf of Mexico inland into the Southeast U.S. All marine
interests should closely monitor the latest forecasts from the
National Hurricane Center.
