.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move slowly SE across the northern
and central waters tonight through Thu night before stalling E of
Cape Hatteras on Fri. The front will then return to the N as a
warm front Fri night, lifting N of the area on Sat. Another cold
front will approach the Mid- Atlantic coast Sun, then move SE
into the northern and central waters Sun night. The front will
reach the southern waters on Mon before becoming stationary E of
Cape Fear Mon night.
