.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front over the northern waters this
morning will become stationary through this afternoon, then
dissipate tonight. Another cold front will move S into the
northern waters late Thu night, then continue moving slowly S
across the waters Fri through Sun. Behind the front, a high
pressure ridge will gradually build S across the waters Sun night
through Mon night.
