.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will gradually build S across
the waters tonight, then persist Mon through Thu. Winds and seas
likely increase Thu into Fri ahead of a possible tropical
cyclone moving from the eastern Gulf of Mexico inland into the
Southeast U.S., and all marine interests should closely monitor
the latest forecasts from the National Hurricane Center.
