.SYNOPSIS...A weak stationary N of the area will dissipate
tonight. A weak trough will linger across the far northern
portions of the area through Fri while weak ridging builds back
W across the central and southern portions. A cold front will
approach the far northern waters Thu night before stalling just N
of the waters then lifting back N away from the area on Fri.
Ridging will then persist across the waters through Sun. A cold
front will approach the far northern waters Sun night.
