.SYNOPSIS...Weakening high pressure centered E and SE of the
outer waters will move SE today. A warm front over the N waters
will gradually lift NE today and and pass N of the area later
this afternoon. A cold front will move E and approach the coast
later today then move slowly offshore over the N waters tonight
and then slowly over the central and S waters late Fri and Fri
night and eventually stalling along or just S of the S waters Sat
and Sat night. Another cold front will move into the N waters Sun
and stall along the central and S coast Sun through Mon night.
