.SYNOPSIS...The western Atlantic ridge will continue to build SW
into the NW Bahamas through Tue, then shift NE while weakening
through Thu. This pattern will maintain moderate E to SE winds,
and slight to moderate seas, becoming moderate to fresh winds
through Tue. A tropical wave will pass S of the area on Tue to
bring a modest increase in winds and seas across the Caribbean
waters.
