.SYNOPSIS...Central Atlantic high pressure will support moderate
to fresh trade winds and moderate seas through Sun. Trade winds
will reach fresh to strong speeds, and seas are forecast to
become rough in the Caribbean waters Mon and Mon night as a
strong tropical wave, possibly a tropical cyclone, approaches the
region and then moves south of the area. Seas will also become
rough in the Atlantic waters Sun night through Mon night as this
system traverses the E Caribbean.
