.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move SE over the area today. High
pressure will build behind the front later today and tonight,
then persist over the waters through Tue night. A second cold
front will cross the region Wed and Wed night. An area of low
pressure will weaken as it passes N of the waters tonight through
Sun night.
