.SYNOPSIS...A 1012 mb Arctic low 450 nm north of Deadhorse moves
to 180 nm north of Point Barrow at 1015 mb by Mon morning then
moves back north and dissipates by Mon night. A 1020 mb high just
west of the Canadian Archipelago gradually moves east over the
Canadian Archipelago by Wednesday. A low pressure trough from
Point Lay southeast will persist through Mon afternoon.
