Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front across Georges Bank will move S of the waters tonight. High pressure will build S over the region tonight, persist over the waters Tue into Wed, then shift SE of the area Wed night while weakening. A warm front will lift N over the waters Thu and Thu night. Another weak cold front will move offshore Thu night, then pass SE of the waters Fri. A series of weak low pressure centers will cross the area Thu night through Sat night while yet another weak cold front slowly moves E across the waters.
